Plant Propagation and Pruning – – MG Training Class

Planning for March 12 Lab Session Propagation and Pruning ---Tuesday is a full day

9-11:30AM Propagation Session and lunch will be held in the Fluvanna County Library on Rt 53.

Class will be presented by Brian Hartsock. Director of the Center for Historic Plants at Monticello's Tufton Farm. We will be doing some planting bring garden gloes and a bag to take your transplants home.

11:30  LUNCHEON and conversation about FMG Projects -- 

---- Bring a potluck dish for 6-8 people. Bring something simple. The room doesn't have a kitchen, only a nook with a microwave.

---- Coffee will only be served in the AM- Bring whatever you would like to drink for the day. We will not be bringing drinks for lunch or the PM.

1-3:30PM Pruning Session will be held at the Library - we will be going outside.

Logistics:

- We will be inside, outside. So dress in layers. Bring a hat and hand pruners. John Thompson will be bring other equipment.
