Donna McCarthy and Irene Burke, Fluvanna Master Gardeners, will be leading this class.
The purpose of this class is to introduce you to the Help Desk Procedures and to give some examples of the questions that you can expect at the Help Desk.
All Master Gardener Interns are required to work at the Help Desk at least twice under the direct supervision of a Master Gardener who will help you research questions, develop answers and communicate a response to the client. Our Help Desks are in person and online.
