You can order your shirt through the registration process. If you wish to mail or fax your registration, please use the attached form. Early registration is open from today through June 1. Late registration will be available June 2-6 online. After that, late registrations will be handled by phone or on-site at MG College on Thursday, June 21.

Registering for the conference and for housing requires two separate registrations. It is two separate and independent processes. 
 
If you have problems with either, please contact each respective office with any questions or concerns you may be having. If you have questions regarding housing, please call 540-231-5721. If you have questions regarding registration, please call 540-231-5182. Please try these numbers before attempting to call my office if your questions pertain specifically to housing or registration concerns.
 
Also, if you wish to participate in the Advanced MG Tree Steward training you must get approval through the local agent or coordinator before you can sign up for that track of classes.

 Flowering annuals, herbs, tomatoes, peppers and hanging baskets will be sold.

Proceeds will be used to support the many community projects the Master Gardeners participate in, including the Horticultural Help Desk at the Farmers’ Market,  the Children’s Garden at Central Elementary, MACAA Food Bank “Plant a Row”, the  Community Garden at Pleasant Grove, FMG training classes, community education workshops, etc.  Cash or checks accepted.  

Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer your gardening questions.

The sale will be held on Turkeysag Trial, Palmyra, in the parking lot next to the Goodwill, opposite the Food Lion shopping center on Route 53.

The Lake Monticello Owners’ Association Subcommittee on Leaf Disposal Alternatives has teamed with Fluvanna County, Fluvanna Extension Service and Fluvanna Master Gardens to offer a free comprehensive workshop on composting on Saturday, Nov. 19, from 3 to 5 PM in the Terrace Room of the Clubhouse on Ashlawn Blvd (enter through Main Gate). Master Gardener Irene Burke and others will talk about composting and demonstrate a variety of composting methods. There will be handouts and displays of composting equipment, including a number of Geobin systems, donated by Fluvanna County using the State grant for litter, recycling and education. There will be light refreshments and door prizes of composting systems.

Some MGs have been growing tomatoes over the winter months to sell at the workshop and our attendees were very generous in their support. Thank you!
